Known for its discipline and detoxifying heat advantage, Bikram’s practice is a set series of asanas performed in the same order, and the structure has great results. Each class is 90 minutes with 26 postures and two breathing exercises, and the room is 105°F. Excellent for all levels of healing.

Ashtanga yoga consists of six series of set poses taught in order. Each series can be intense to learn, so students often start with one series then move into the primary one. This is a great practice to incorporate structure and commitment. Ashtanga suits those who seek individual adjustment, a clear path, and a spiritual practice.
